This program is designed to build foundational strength and confidence in lifting. It focuses on major compound movements to target all major muscle groups, enhance functional strength, and promote muscle toning. The program typically includes 3 workouts per week, with exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, rows, and overhead presses. Each session emphasizes proper form, controlled tempo, and progressive overload to ensure steady progress. The workouts are beginner-friendly, adaptable, and balanced to suit women of all fitness levels, aiming for overall strength, improved posture, and enhanced daily performance.
Personal Training
Experience 1-on-1 personal training, designed to help you achieve your fitness goals efficiently and effectively. With customized workouts, expert guidance, and real-time feedback, we provide the support, encouragement, motivation and accountability you need to build up your strength, endurance, and overall health. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to break through plateaus, this is a plan tailored just for you!
This is a good placed to start if exercise is something completely new to you. Building up a strong foundation to start with will help improve your overall confidence, not just with exercise.

6 week Challenge
This 6-week challenge is designed to kickstart fitness and healthy habits, helping women build strength, boost energy, and create sustainable lifestyle changes. The program includes structured workouts 4-5 times per week, featuring a mix of strength training, cardio, and mobility exercises suitable for all fitness levels. Alongside fitness, the challenge focuses on daily habit-building, such as improving nutrition, hydration, sleep, and mindfulness practices. Participants receive weekly goals, meal planning tips, and motivational support to stay on track, making it a comprehensive approach to achieving a fitter, healthier, and more balanced lifestyle.

I’m Jen. A mom, a wife, a Personal Trainer, a former gym owner, and a Swede. I am passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and just overall better in their body. My goal with Movewithjen. Is to create a platform that is accessible, straight forward and easy to use. To bring people together through movement has always been something I enjoy the most. Seeing friendships form and life long memories created both inside and outside the gym truly gives me joy.
